Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

nN Monday Carlisle became one of the first cities in Britain to have its own comprehensive timetable covering all public transport services. The timetable, costing Is., lists the ordinary bus services of all operators coming into the city, together with express coach services and main rail services finking Carlisle with the rest of Britain.

The information published was previously available only in several different publications. For the first time too, the services covered are for a full year instead of six months only. A co-operative enterprise, the 100-page timetable is published by all the operators concerned.

At the back is a map of the city's bus routes, with an inset showing the location of prominent buildings in the city centre and a full street guide is included. The new timetable was launched from a special publicity caravan stationed in Court Square throughout this week.
