The letter from H. J. Webb on the subject of terotechnology (CM, April 21) will be of special interest to our members, particularly those who support the "American" methods of inclining future design and production nearer to user requirements.
The crux of the problems of "feed-back" on operational data, particularly in the areas of interest to our members, is to get arrangement on standard in-put information.
The methods in the USA, and we hope these will be explained in more detail at our annual conference this year at Solihull (May 11,12 and 13), seem to consist of
