BRS Western has appointed three branch managers. Bill Diver takes charge of BRS Swindon, having spent 3 years as manager of the Hereford branch. Nigel Davies replaces him at Hereford, after a spell as assistant branch manager and truck rental manager at Oxford and Gloucester. Paul Higgins replaces Chris Harlow at Worcester.
