POLICE ARE APPEALING for witnesses to a road-rage incident between two van drivers in Surrey.
The incident took place at 11.30am on 8 April on the Sunbury Cross roundabout when the drivers of two vehicles, a Toyota van and a Mitsubishi Canter.came off the slip road on the A316.
The Toyota driver stopped and got out. He kicked and punched the door until it was driven off at speed. Later the Canter returned to the roundabout, where its driver saw the Toyota. The Canter driver turned off the roundabout at Green Street, and the Toyota followed him.The Canter then collided with other vehicles as its driver attempted to get away before he got out of his vehicle and ran into a Natwest bank.
The Toyota driver then made off. He is described as a white, 5ft Sins, of thin build, aged 35-45 and wearing blue jeans, a grey teeshirt and white trainers.
