2s. 6d is one of the conditions of a new .wage agreement for drivers of S.P.D., Ltd., acting as full-time vansalesmen for Birds Eye Foods, Ltd. In addition, commission will be paid on the cash valne of sales.. Up to £225 the rate• will be I per cent., from £225 to £300, 2 per cent, and from £300 to £375, 3 per cent. No overtime will be paid. This scheme is still regarded as an experiment and its continuance will depend on its success.
