Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ISUZU TRUCKS (UK) has appointed David Slatcher network business manager. He will be responsible for developing new truck sales through eight dealerships in the manufacturer's central region.

He forms part of a team of three network business managers, which includes Bob Docherty in the North of England and Scotland and Andy Williams in the South.

Slatcher (right) has been in the CV industry for nearly 40 years, most recently working at Iveco and Mercedes-Benz dealer groups, with a previous role working alongside the fleet sales department at Daf Trucks. Keith Child, marketing director at Isuzu Trucks (UK), said Slatcher was a welcome addition to the

organisation. "His experience and knowledge of the CV industry will ensure that he plays a key role in the development of our dealer network," he said. "Over the years, sales through our dealers have continued to increase year-on-year, but Slatcher's understanding of other manufacturers and general dealer behaviour will ensure this growth will continue in the future."
