Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Transit, set to go on sale in April. The van sports distinctive new styling, to reflect its target market, and comes with a host of features aimed at reducing fuel consumption and running costs. The Transit covers the weight range from 2.9-tonne to 4.7-tonne GVW. As before, front-, rearand all-wheel drive options are available, while the loadbox area has been squared off, producing a 10% increase in volume, which maxes out at 15.1m3in the Jumbo van. A range of chassis cabs, with a 5.23m frame length option, are available, as is the obligatory minibus option. Power comes from the 2.2-litre Duratorq diesel motor with a choice of 100hp, 125hp and 155hp rating, driven through a manual 6-speed transmission; there will not be an automatic option for Europe. The environmentally friendly ECOnetic versions combine a host of fuel-efficiency aids, which Ford claimed will result in 6% fuel savings over its predecessor. The van will be built and sold in North America for the first time.
