HULL CORPORATION has recently taken*delivery of a new prison van, with windows through which prisoners can see, but cannot be seen from the outside. There is also central heating, lavatory accommodation, leather upholstered seats, and a separate compartment for the escorts, who are divided from the prisoners by a sliding door.
