THE familiar "Traffic Cases," edited by Eric F. M. Maxwell and E. S. Fay, and published by Sweet and Maxwell, Ltd., 2-3, Chancery Lane, London, W.C.2, have reappeared. They contain the Appeal Tribunal's decisions and are annotated for easy reference. The prepaid subscription to theNvolume is three guineas net.
Part 1 contains nine decisions given in the early part of this year, and Part II the report of the case of the L.N.E.R. and Walker. Part II has been made up especially for quick circulation to subscribers, having regard to its exceptional importance.
