THREE MEN HAVE appeared in court charged with conspiracy to steal after they were caught acting suspiciously in a truck park in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
A foreign truck driver called police at 1.15arn on Thursday, 28 February from the truck park in Slaughter House Lane, Newark.
One man was arrested when police arrived on the scene and another two shortly afterwards when they were found hiding inside spare wheels suspended beneath a truck.
Stephen Lapping, 33, of Cardinal Avenue, Leeds; Paul Furbank, 25, of Oueensway, Rothwell; and Damian Monks, 27, of Cowper Mount in Leeds appeared before Newark Magistrates Court last Friday.
