• An M25 survival guide goes on sale next week, giving drivers a guide to "escape" routes off the notorious ring road.
Newcastle-based publisher Give Way has researched Aroad short cuts for use in heavy traffic, claiming they will help truck drivers keep to delivery times and cut down their fuel bills. "On average our routes are 30% longer, but can save five to 10 minutes per junction," says Give Way's managing director Neil Atkinson.
The guide will be available in garage forecourts and main bookshops, price £4.
