• The seven-vehicle licence held by Dudley haulier Jean lIawkins was suspended when she failed to attend a Birmingham disciplinary inquiry. West Midland LA John Mervyn Pugh warned that if she failed to appear again, her licence would be revoked and he would disqualify her from holding a licence.
