A series of industrial coatings and methods of applying them have been introduced by Metco. The coatings are grouped according to a known performance characteristic: the machinability, wear resistance, etc, of each surface so that for given specific requirements the appropriate coating system is available.
Coating information available includes tungsten carbide, chromium carbide and alumina hitania blends; each has particular benefits according to the type of wear and service conditions likely to be met.
