A FORMER director of a Northern Ireland haulage company has undertaken to disqualify himself from acting as a company director for the next two years.
Nigel Kennedy of Omagh was a director of Glen Yeast (Omagh ),which carried out general haulage as well as manufacturing animal feeds.
The company went into liquidation in February 2003 with estimated assets of f1,000 and an estimated total deficiency of £84,762.
Kennedy agreed to the Department of Trade and Industry issuing a statement that He failed to address adequately the affairs of Glen Yeast (Omagh)."
