Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A S a result of a scheme arranged ..41..by the council of the Institution of Automobile Engineers, the Institution will, in future, publish its own monthly journal in place of batches of leaflets. Consequently, The itiktamobile Engineer has now ceased to be looked upon as the official organ of the Institution.

It is not intended that the monthly journal shall appear during the summer months, nor will it take the place of the bound volume of the proceedings, and it will of necessity contain much matter of but passing interest Therefore, each member will receive the monthly journal in addition to the annual volume, so that should he wish to do so, he may cut up, file and re-arrange the monthly issues.

The new journal will include advance copies of papers, and these will take the placeā€¢ of the separate copies, which will now no longer be printed or be available at meetings. A special feature will be made of reviews of new technical text books of interest to automobile engineers, which, in future, may be presented to the I.A.E. library by publishers.

Information will also be broadcast concerning the work of the I.A.E. research and standardization committee, the first annual report of which is included in the October journal.
