• Failure to report convictions has led to the revocation of the licence held by Thomas Gillespie, trading as TG Services, of West Calder, West Lothian, Gillespie appeared at an Edinburgh public inquiry following a Failure to report convictions for tachograph offences in November 1993, May 1995 and January 1995. Refusing Gillespie's application to renew his licence For two vehicles and one trailer, Scottish Licensing Authority Michael Betts said he considered that that Gillespie was no longer a Fit person to hold a licence in view of the convictions and his Failure to report them to the Traffic Area in accordance with the licence conditions.
