Gwyneth Dunwoody's private member's bill and the Brake campaign make demands which supporters claim will reduce truck accidents and raise the image of the industry, which will be of benefit to law-abiding hauliers. But some hauliers see this as needless interference in an industry which is already heavily regulated. What do you think?
