THE SEX Discrimination Bill, also before Parliament, will prevent businesses with five or fewer employees from selecting employees on grounds of sex.
It will make illegal any agreement made with employees, or any rule made by an employer, workers, professional or trade association which breaches the Sex Discrimination Act of 1975.
And it will remove restrictions on adult women's hours and times of work.
