POWELL DUFFRYN Engineering has added a new mini-skip unit called the Mini MeiIler to its range of waste collection vehicles and equipment.
It was specifically designed for situations which are inaccessible or uneconomic for full-sized skip handling units such as market gardening, farming, building and light industry.
There are two versions of the Mini-Meiller — fixed and demountable, for chassis from 3.5 tons up to 6.5 tons gvw of a suitable wheelbase. The unit is said to be small enough to fit in a garage, yet strong enough to take a payload of 3.75 tans.
The Mini-Meiller can be used to tip mini-skips into a larger, centrally located container.
The Mini-Meiller is available through Powell Duffryn Engineering's three area depots in St Albans, Llantrisant and Glasgow.
