• Convictions for overloading and drivers' hours have led to one vehicle being suspended for a month from the 0-licence held by Albert Milne, trading as Deveron Shellfish, of MacDuff, Grampian. Milne, who holds a licence for four vehicles and two trailers, appeared before Scottish TC Michael Betts at an Aberdeen disciplinary inquiry.
