audit the Freight Transport Association offers its 0-licence Compliance Information Service (OLCIS) based on a 'self-help loose-leaf ring-binder that covers 0-licensing compliance from the 'cradle to the grave'.
Different sections relate to the various aspects of licensing; regular updates are sent out to OLCIS subscribers.
According to Don Armour, FTA manager for fleet information and the compliance manual's main author: "There's no legal jargon; instead it's got easy-to-follow flow charts and warning triangles where you come across a point that's important to know."
OLCIS costs £195 a year to FTA :embers and £395 to non-members.
