As CM went to press a number of French oil depots were being blockaded by truckers attempting to force the government to give the industry concessions. They are supported by the Unostra transport association which represents 4,500 small firms.

VOSAS new test booking procedure could earn the agency around £60,000 a year in extra interest. Operators must now pay for tests in advance, so they are effectively lending VOSA money
Boxer guilty
