• The Automobile Association is investing £17m in upgrading its livened fleet of motorist support vehicles.
A £2.6m share of this has gone to Kirkcaldy-based MSM Engineering Services to convert 116 new Iveco Ford, MAN and Volvo chassis: 85 will have its Fast Lift Mk2 spectacle lift systems. MSM is also supplying the AA with 10 Euro Lift vehicles and 15 two-car and six five-car transporters.
