In Commercial Motor 21-27 October it is wrongly stated that Silcock Express is Railfreight Distribution's
preferred partner for car collection and delivery to and from automotive terminals in the South-east, Midlands and Scotland.
This statement does not represent RfD's position nor indeed that of Silax:k Express. The new terminal venture company which we are establishing won't offer road or rail distribution so this will be more than adequately catered for by existing operators Its job will be solely to manage the three terminals planned in the South-east, the Midlands and Scotland.
