INNOVATE LOGISTICS says it will ensure that its staff are provided with continuing professional development when it opens a "centre of excellence" next to its Nottingham HQ.
According to MD Pete Osborne, Space27, the office workspace and leisure complex on the Sherwood Business Park, will help ensure that the logistics company's employees are trained "to the highest standard to best service customers".
Training programmes will cover warehouse management systems. IT and health and safety.
Osborne adds: "It has the state-of-the-art IT capability we need to simulate our training exercises, and because the floor plans are flexible it can adapt to our needs as we grow.'
