MARTIN DULLY, chief executive of the Irish Airports Authority, Aer Rianta, has been elected president of the Chartered Institute of Transport in Ireland. The Institute, which has 550 members and 40 students, was established in Ireland in 1952. Mr Dully succeeded Bill Mulligan, chief executive of B +1 Line.
