Surely it is now time for the Government to launch a national campaign through all avenues of media, and then clamp down on these stupid offenders? • On a point of safety, is it not about time that car manufacturers began to fit a simple form of "master switch" so that electrical fires can be contained more quickly. Would not the insurance companies be prepared to offer a discount to owners who have them fitted?
