EEC Ministers have adopt an EEC directive which in make life a little easier for int' national haulage drivers.
From January 1, 1985, E countries will implement rre sures designed to cut waiti time at frontier posts by 30per cent, which should redL transport costs by an estimat £600m per year.
Some border posts will be designed to create fast lanes empty vehicles or lorries in ci toms transit, and posts will main open longer.
