• Financial problems have led to old-established Norfolk operators Alan and Lucy Carter, trading as Carters Coaches of Thetford, losing their PSV operator's licence.
Eastern Traffic Commissioner Ken Peter revoked the firm's eight vehicle licence and refused its application for renewal.
Peter sat with a financial assessor appointed by Transport Secretary Nicholas Ridley.
