Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A Swansea company which had 'disappeared" lost its 0-licence after its directors failed to attend a Llanelli public inquiry. Hercox Simpson Distribution (HO}, whose last known address was on the Swansea Enterprise Park, Morriston, was authorised to operate six vehicles and seven trailers.

Revoking the licence, Welsh Deputy Traffic Commissioner Alan Bouriet said: If another operating centre is being used, it is being used illegally. My understanding is that this company has ceased to trade—but there is no one present to confirm this.'' He pointed out that all companies are required to notify any material changes in their circumstances, including changes of operating centres, liquidation or ceasing to trade but HSD had not done so. "There is something very seriously wrong with this operation," he added.

The DTC did not disqualify the company's directors, Gillian Heather Morgan and Richard Lyn Morgan, from holding another 0licence, but he warned that any further licence applications by either of them would have to be heard at a public inquiry.
