/ Needham Transport of James Street, Morecambe, has denied charges including falsifying tachograph charts and breaching drivers' hours rules.
Christopher, Graeme and Nigel Needham were accused of conspiring together with the firm's drivers to breach drivers' hours regulations. The alleged offences took place between 1 October 1987 and 4 April 1989. They are also accused of conspiring to falsify tachograph charts and to allow vehicles onto the road without working tachographs.
The trial has been set for January next year. All three of the defendants were granted unconditional bail.
