• Marshall of Cambridge Engineering has bought the designs and assets of Hoynor Specialised Trailers which has been in receivership for two months.
The remaining 25 of Hoynor's 80 staff have been made redundant.
Marshall will manufacture its newly acquired car transporters and specialist trailers from its site at Cambridge.
