Diane Walker, the sole director of Bathgatebased Dunedin Logistics, has been disqualified from holding or obtaining an 0-licence for nine months following the revocation of the company's licence by Scottish Traffic Commissioner Joan Aitken.
The company had been called before an Edinburgh disciplinary inquiry because of concerns over its financial standing and the unauthorised use of vehicles.
Aitken heard that the company held a licence for three vehicles and three trailers. It had sought to increase the authorisation to seven vehicles and seven trailers but had hired in and operated additional vehicles before the application had been processed.
