Designed to spray any noncorrosive solvent at a constant psi a pressure spray unit has been developed by Sunray (Birmingham) Ltd that is known as the Raynap Ace. The spray is controllable through a variable jet on a controllable lance with an on /off trigger. The 5gal capacity container is of heavy-duty steel.

A version of the unit is used by BEA for steam cleaning the impeller blades of jet engines. A 50/50 mixture of kerosene anc water is kept agitated in the pressure container and the resultant emulsant is directec through the spray head into the idling engine.
