• A Norfolk haulier is battling in the High Court to recover 35 lorries impounded by a ferry operator over disputed payment terms of a £500,000 debt.
CTL does not dispute that it owes Mannin Line money, but says it has kept to agreed payment terms and has launched counter claims against the ferry company.
The two companies were trying to resolve their dispute after a High Court hearing adjourned the case last Friday. If this fails the High Court will consider the case today (11 May).
