The bathtub tipper has been a success for the company, even during "the decline", as Alan Giles puts it. To complement this the firm has launched a smooth sided tipper.
Fitted onto the bathtub stepframe chassis, it is designed to meet UK operators' demand for 44-tanners. Payload is reduced by 350kg compared with the bathtub, but there are savings on fuel economy.
It's fully welded and has 50mm side-wall planks, compared with the 35mm walls on
