to be arranged, Mr. John Cireenhalgh is to become engineer, B.R.S. Parcels Ltd., to succeed Mr. G. A. H. Cardwell who, as already announced, becomes chief engineer, B.R.S. Federation Ltd., in April, Mr. Greenhalgh is 38 and joined B.R.S. in 1958 after seven years with
Leyland Motors. He was made fleet engineer, London district, B.R.S., in 1962 and became assistant to the chief engineer in October last year.
