/ Allegations that an Iveco Ford dealer charged a haulier for parts that were never fitted to a vehicle, were made last week at Dewsbury magistrates.
Morley-based Archbold Truck Sales & Services has been charged under the Trade Descriptions Act. It has pleaded not guilty.
West Yorkshire Trading Standards Service accuses the Iveco Ford dealer of recklessly making a statement on the nature of a service provided on or about 21 December 1990.
The hearing was adjourned until 28 April after Stephen Kirkbright, defending, said it involved detailed matters of law and fact.
