When Road Haulage Association members gather in Edinburgh next week for their annual conference, CM staff will be there, to produce an illustrated report of the papers and discussions for our October 19 issue.
Also in this issue of CM will be the second instalment of John Darker's interview with Duncan Foulds — this time looking at some of the still-unsolved basic problems of road haulage; and a reasoned argument by a senior fleet engineer for bigger brakes and anti-lock devices on artics.
