• A short-term B licence for five artics was granted to Ferrymasters Ltd. in Preston last week. The North Western deputy LA, Mr. A. H. Jolliffe, amended the application conditions to: "collection and delivery of imports and exports in containers and trailers owned or leased by Sea-Land Service Inc., to or from Liverpool". There were seven objectors. The period of operation will be from October 1 to December 31 1969.
