Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A PROTOTYPE BODY design can carry ICI standard pallets where only eight would fit before.

The new body, from Coachwork Conversion, is called the Clearloader, and is aimed to compete with box bodies fitted with large sliding side doors.

It is fitted with sides built in two full-length longitudinal sections. When the lower halfside section is swung downwards, the upper section traverses up and over the roof by a cantilever action.

The whole side opens for loading or unloading by forklift truck. Two "Euro-pallets" can be carried with their maximum-width section across the body. Cost of an 18ft body weighing approximately 25 cwt would be about £3000.

High street and parcels deliveries will be easier and quicker for the driver, claims the builder and some breweries have already expressed interest. The company expects to produce 200 units in 1980, and hopes ultimately to build a 40ft dry freight van to the Clearloader design.
