A LREADY losing money at the rate of ri £180,000 a year, Durban City Council are resisting the imposition of a racial segregation policy upon their bus services, as ordered by the South African Government to start next year.
This would almost double losses, and it is thought that the Government should make good the deficit. The city's population comprises about 200,000 each of Europeans, Africans and Asians.
