Now that hgv are classified as vehicles over 7.5 tonnes gross, should our vehicles be fitted with reflective plates?
AThe classification of 7.5 tonnes gross over which drivers must have heavy goods vehicle licences has made no difference to the classification which differentiates between "motor carsand -heavy motor cars". This remains at 3 tons unladen.
Your vehicles are "motor carsand as such do not require reflective rear masters.
