I NOTE WITH interest that a new vehicle check point is being built on J14 of the M4, presumably by VOSA and Wiltshire Police. It has all the latest technology to enforce the ever increasing rules and regulations we are subject to. However, wouldn't it be nice for a change if some measure of prevention could also be introduced in the form of a "check-weigh" facility for HGV operators and drivers at the same site. With the closure of so many milk factories, coal yards and grain merchants in the area it is hard to find 24hr/seven-day weighing facilities. Nearly all Eu
