DRIVE to boost its contract-hire business was launched last veek by Mitchell Cotts Transport Services with the first of hree presentations to 30 own-account fleet operators in iristol.

Mike Hoperoft told CM that he believed that the present difficult economical climate was the right time for his company to make this sort of aggressive effort in the contract-hire market.
