Glasgow-based John G Russell Transport escaped with a warning about future maintenance standards and convictions when it appeared before Scottish DTC Richard McFarlane. The DIG granted the company's application to increase the licence from 58 vehicles and 228 trailers to 90 vehicles and 250 trailers.
