a range of door shelters for weather protection and door seals for applications in which a controlled environment must be maintained.
The door shelter is equipped with a device which ensures physical protection even if the lorry is backed into the dock off-centre or at an angle. The device consists of a K-frame of galvanized steel pipe mounted round the doorway on a timber sub-frame. No matter at what point the lorry makes contact, the K -frame will automatically depress to accommodate it. The new Hunter dock shelter will en sure physical protection even if the lorry is backed into the dock offcentre or at an angle.
The company is also introducing a range of door seals. These consist of a foamed polyurethane filling encased in Hypalon and mounted on a plywood framing. Exhaust outlets allow the foam to compress on all sides of the vehicle to form a snug seal that prevents air leakage.
The new door shelters and seals accommodate vehicles up to 4.11m (13.5 ft) in height and can be matched to variable specificatinns.
