Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

VAG'S attempts to regain lost business for MAN and Volkswagen commercials in the United Kingdom are being strengthened by launching a recruitment programme to gain up to 100 qualified salesmen for its newly formed commercial vehicle division.

It launched the recruitment campaign in CM and other trade and national newspapers last week and is offering salaries of over £10,000 a year including commission to successful applicants.

It wants to double its market share of the commercial vehicle market over the next five years and is prepared to recruit experienced sellers of capital and mechanical goods in other fields. Similarly, it is prepared to consider non-sales orientated personnel engaged in the vehicle parts or related area of business.

Shortlisted applicants will be offered to dealers for local interviews, and successful applicants will be given intensive sales and product training. This is part of a £5.6m investment programme in MAN-VW products in Britain.
