IN OUR L UR0-1. comparison (CM 23 June), a glitch in the translation from the German created a small error in the Mercedes figures we provided.
Although this doesn't change the basic findings of the test — that the overall difference between EGR and SCR is so small that
local fuel and AdBlue costs will determine the relative running costs — it does mean that, at current UK prices, the Mere's cost is just under 1 Am better than its nearest rival, the Scania. The revised figures are shown below.
