Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

By a Special Correspondent I T is now possible to show the sales of transport units in Lists I, 2 and 3 by divisions. The results are tabulated on this page.

Excluding units which were offered but withdrawn, the number without property placed on sale was 1,556 and 1,219 (78 per cent.) were sold. Of 522 units with property offered, 87 (16.7 per cent.) found buyers. The total for sale was 2,078 units, of which 1,306 (63 per cent.) were disposed of.

In terms of vehicles, those offered without property numbered 4,045 and 2,938 (73 per cent.) were sold. Vehicles accompanied by buildings numbered 7,121 and 1,044 (14.7 per cent.) were disposed of. Of the total of 11,166 vehicles offered, 3,982 (36 per cent.) were sold.
